1. Agreement

By using driftocity.com or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Products

Driftocity sells digital products including SaaS tools and PDF guides. Because products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, we generally do not offer refunds. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you have an issue.

3. License

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to our tools or guides.

4. SaaS Subscriptions

Monthly SaaS plans (including GeoClock) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI-generated results.

6. Limitation of Liability

Driftocity’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
