1. Agreement

By using driftocity.com or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.

2. Web Design Services

Payment is due before work begins. We deliver a preview for your approval before launch. 30 days of post-launch support is included. After 30 days, changes are billed at a flat hourly rate.

3. Digital Products

Products are delivered digitally. We generally do not offer refunds. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you have an issue.

4. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our tools. You may not resell or redistribute our tools or guides.

5. SaaS Subscriptions

Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Driftocity's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
