If we perform a full diagnostic and recovery attempt and are unable to recover any of your data, we charge a flat $50 service fee. This covers our time, equipment use, and the diagnostic work performed. The diagnostic itself is always free — you only pay the $50 if recovery fails. If we recover your data, you pay the quoted recovery price, not the service fee.
How long does data recovery take?
Logical recoveries (deleted files, corrupted file system) are often completed same day or next day. Mechanical hard drive recoveries that require parts take 3–7 business days typically. Phone recoveries vary by damage type. Rush service is available — ask when you contact us.
What are my chances of getting my data back?
It depends entirely on the type of failure and how the device was treated after the data loss. Logical failures (deleted, formatted) have high recovery rates if you stopped using the device immediately. Mechanical failures depend on the severity. Do I need to bring my device in person?
